Solution:
- Implement an ongoing training program that includes regular workshops, webinars, and e-learning courses to keep the team updated on the latest digital marketing and sales technologies.
- Establish cross-functional teams that include IT, marketing, and sales to ensure that all aspects of the technology integration are considered and that the transition is seamless.

My Role:
In my job as a Digital Business Developer, I used many tools to help the company grow. My work was to improve how we sell and market our products online. I looked for new ways to make our business stronger on the internet and to keep our customers satisfied with our digital services. My main task was to combine technology, marketing, and business strategies to make the company perform better.
Results:
- Guided the business model advisory processes for 15+ startups in the ICT sector during their growth and development phases, resulting in an average sales increase and user/client base expansion of 50%.
- Provided expert guidance for 15+ startups on implementing and adopting agile development methodologies and user experience strategies, which resulted in an average tripling of their user and/or client base.
