To significantly  enhance the startups market presence and sales performance by developing and  implementing innovative digital business strategies, aiming for a minimum of  35% sales growth within the next fiscal year while fostering robust networks  with entrepreneurs and business leaders for mutual success.

Challenges:

  • Continuously  updating and expanding the technical knowledge to stay ahead in an  environment where digital marketing and sales technologies evolve rapidly.
  • Integrating  emerging technologies into the existing infrastructure without causing  disruptions, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient adoption across teams.
  • Preparing and  enhancing the technical infrastructure to support scalability and accommodate  future growth, which involved overcoming obstacles related to system capacity  and scalability.

Solution:

  • Implement an  ongoing training program that includes regular workshops, webinars, and  e-learning courses to keep the team updated on the latest digital marketing  and sales technologies.
  • Establish  cross-functional teams that include IT, marketing, and sales to ensure that  all aspects of the technology integration are considered and that the  transition is seamless.
  • Move to  cloud-based solutions that inherently offer scalability, allowing the  business to adjust its infrastructure needs in real time as demand  fluctuates.

My Role:

In my job as a  Digital Business Developer, I used many tools to help the company grow. My  work was to improve how we sell and market our products online. I looked for  new ways to make our business stronger on the internet and to keep our  customers satisfied with our digital services. My main task was to combine  technology, marketing, and business strategies to make the company perform  better.

Results:

  • Guided the  business model advisory processes for 15+ startups in the ICT sector during  their growth and development phases, resulting in an average sales increase  and user/client base expansion of 50%.
  • Provided expert  guidance for 15+ startups on implementing and adopting agile development  methodologies and user experience strategies, which resulted in an average  tripling of their user and/or client base.
